Important Shipping Update for U.S. Customers

Dear Crafter,

We hope this message finds you well. As you may have heard, recent adjustments to customs tariffs from China have impacted businesses worldwide, and unfortunately, we are no exception to this. 

As a Singapore-based company with logistics operations in China, this change has significantly affected our ability to continue shipping to the United States. Unfortunately, the rising costs simply cannot be sustained under the current circumstances.

Thus, we regret to inform you that effective April 19th, 2025 (00:00 CDT), we have paused all shipments to the US, as well as discontinued the acceptance of orders from US customers.

However, we want to assure you that any orders placed before this date and time will remain at its current price, with no extra tariffs or additional fees tacked on.

Taperlogy sincerely apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause. Each and every one of you are valued members of our community, so please know that this was not a decision we made lightly. Please rest assured that we are doing everything we can to explore potential solutions for continuing to serve our US customers, but at this time, we advise acting quickly if you have any needs.
